Animated Episodes

Episode 1 – Most Dangerous Witch
The Witch Smeller comes looking for witches in Greendale and he captures Harvey after he tries on Sabrina's father's magic ampulet. Sabrina and her Aunts go to rescue him, putting themselves in danger with the Witch Smeller.

Episode 2 – You Said a Mouse-ful
Sabrina and Harvey enter a mouse in a Science Fair but when Salem eats the mouse Sabrina forces him to take its place. They win the Science Fair and Salem is about to be sent into space! Sabrina and Harvey have to try and get him back before its too late.

Episode 3 – Boogie Shoes
The school dance is coming up and Harvey says he isn't going as he thinks he cannot dance. So Sabrina summons Aunt Hilda's old boyfriend, a dancing wizard, to help her out. But it turned out to be a bad idea as he gives Harvey magical uncontrollable shoes that forces Harvey to dance whenever he hears music...

Episode 4 – Tail of Two Kitties
Sabrina enters Salem in a Talent Contest and he comes second. The cat that won turned out to be another familiar, and Sabrina cast a spell to make Salem want to commit to her. Salem says he's going to ask the cat to marry him, but Sabrina discovers that the cat is up to no good.

Episode 5 – The Senses-Shattering Adventures of Captain Harvtastic
Sabrina discovers Harvey's talent for creating comic book stories, and she tries to encourage him to go to a Comic Book Convention but he doesn't have enough confidence to show his work to his hero. Sabrina uses magic to help him gain confidence.

Episode 6 – Witch Switch
Sabrina casts a spell so she and Gem can change lives, but will it really be all that its cracked up to be?

Episode 7 – Picture Perfect
It's time to vote for the Student of the Year and Sabrina is feeling the pressure. All of her family before her have won the award and she simply cannot lose. But Gem is becoming tough competition – will she manage to beat her fair and square?

Episode 8 – Field Trippin'
Sabrina wants to go to a pop concert so she takes a babysitting job to get money for tickets. She doesn't listen to her Aunts when they explain the twins she is babysitting are trouble, and when she and Harvey take them to a museum, she finds things a little hard to handle...

Episode 9 – No Time To Be a Hero
Everybody thinks Sabrina saved Harvey's life when he falls into a river but she knows different. So she goes back in time to try and fix things but ends up saving more people instead...

Animated Characters

Sabrina Spellman (voiced by Emily Hart)
Sabrina is still in the same situation in the animated series, half mortal half witch and living in her Aunt's house. She goes to Greendale school. She is voiced by Emily Hart, who is actually Melissa Joan Hart's sister. (Sabrina in the real series).

Salem (voiced by Nick Bakay)
Salem is the Spellman's familiar, their house cat. He was turned into a cat after trying to take over the world. As with the real series, he is voiced by Nick Bakay.

Aunt Hilda and Aunt Zelda (voiced by Melissa Joan Hart)
Sabrina lives with her two Aunts, Hilda and Zelda. They help Sabrina with her magic. They are both voiced by Melissa Joan Hart, who plays Sabrina in the real series.

Uncle Quigley (voiced by Jay Brazeau)
Uncle Quigley is Sabrina's mortal Uncle, on her mother's side. He lives with the Spellmans but has no power of his own. He is not a character seen in the real series.

Chloe Flan (voiced by Cree Summer)
Chloe is Sabrina's mortal best friend, similar to Valerie and Jenny in the real series. However Chloe is aware of Sabrina's powers, unlike the others.

Harvey Kinkle (voiced by Bill Switzer)
Harvey is Sabrina's closest male friend. He too is a mortal but has no idea that Sabrina is a Witch. Harvey is a character in the real series also, however he is voiced by Nate Richert.

Gemini 'Gem' Stone (voiced by Chantal Strand)
Gem is the snobby, self centred girl who does not get along with Sabrina at all. She is similar to the character of Libby in the real series.

Spookie Jar (voiced by David Sovolob)
The Spookie Jar is the animated series version of the Magic Book, seen in the real series. He provides the Spellmans with information about the spells they need.
A lot of the characters remain the same in this series, where Sabrina is a little older. Most of the original cast did not return to voice them however.

Sabrina is voiced by Britt McKillip.
Salem is voiced by Maurice LaMarche.
Harvey is voiced by Bill Switzer.
Aunt Hilda is voiced by Moneca Stori.
Aunt Zelda is voiced by Tina Bush.

Mr Eugene Pool (Paul Feig) – Sabrina's Biology teacher, her favourite teacher.

Mrs Quick (Mary Gross) – a teaher at Westbridge High who seemed to have a lot of allergies!

Cousin Amanda (Emily Hart) – Sabrina's bratty cousin who always has to have her own way. Tried to steal Harvey for herself.

Cousin Ally (Alexandra Hart-Gilliams) – Sabrina's cousin and Amanda's sister, equally as spoilt.

Grandma Lydia (Shirley Jones) – Hilda and Zelda's mother. Appeared in 'Little Orphan Hilda'.

Cousin Zsa Zsa Goowhiggie (Sheryl Lee Ralph) – Sabrina's prankster cousin who sold her some 'Ambition' products in an attempt for Sabrina to make Harvey more ambitious. Naturally, the spell backfired.

Aunt Dorman (voiced by Rosalind Ayres) – the Black Sheep of the family, literally. When Sabrina woke her up she filled the Spellman's house with poppies.

Aunt Vesta (Raquel Welch) – lives in the Pleasure Dome. Does not believe in work, lives for nothing but fun.

Cousin Susie – Susie is covered in warts and has green skin, which made Sabrina uncomfortable. To teach Sabrina that it's what's inside that counts, she turned Harvey into a werewolf.

Great Aunt Irma (Barbara Eden) – a matriarch of the Spellman family. She put Harvey to the test once she knew that he knew Sabrina was a witch, to see if he truly was capable of keeping it a secret.

Cousin Marigold (Robin Riker, Hallie Todd) – Amanda's mother. Sabrina sets Marigold up with a mortal plumber and she revealed herself as a witch, so she lost her powers.

Cousin Mortimer (Dom DeLuise) – a wagician. He put on a show for Harvey's brother's birthday, and sent him far away. Thankfully he managed to get him back but caused a lot of damage in the process!

Edward 'Ted' Spellman (Robby Benson, Doug Sheehan) – Sabrina's father. He lives in the Magic Book, and took Sabrina to live with him and wife Gail in Paris. But Sabrina knew she belonged with her aunts and only stayed there for one episode.

Diana Spellman (Alley Mills) – Sabrina's mortal mother. She is digging fossils in Peru. She cannot see Sabrina otherwise she'll turn into a ball of wax.

Aunt Beulah (Jo Anne Worley) – throws horrific Halloween parties. Zelda and Hilda had to attend one finally, which was a horrific experience. Since Sabrina said she couldn't attend, Beulah sent her a Molly Dolly which nearly killed Sabrina and her friends.

Boyd, Racine and MawMaw (Gary Grubbs, Loni Anderson and Edie McClurg) – Sabrina's Hillbilly cousins. They want to steal the Magic Book.

Jezebelda (Beth Broderick) – Zelda's evil twin.

Katrina (Melissa Joan Hart) – Sabrina's evil twin.

Drell (Penn Jillette) – Head of the Witches' Council. Dated Hilda.

Annabelle Saberhagen – Salem's daughter. Asked Sabrina to be her Maid of Honour.

Gordy (Curtis Andersen) – Gordy is Westbridge's geek. He loves Science and often is seen hanging out with Sabrina and her friends.

Roland (Phil Fondacaro) – the troll thinks he is in love with Sabrina and tries many magical and sneaky ways to try and win her heart. He is always changing jobs.

Aaron:
Aaron was Sabrina's final boyfriend in the show. They were engaged and set to marry despite Sabrina's feelings for Harvey. In the end she called the wedding off.

Dylan:
Dylan Neal was born in Canada in October 1969. Over the years he has appeared in various shows and films, including 'Dawson's Creek', 'Blood Ties' and 'Wild Roses'.

Miles

Full name: Miles Goodman

Miles:
Miles was one of Sabrina's room mates when she first moved to college, the only male in the house. He loves Science and is very passionate about the supernatural – forever looking into the sky with his telescope and fantasising about aliens. He disappeared after season six for reasons unknown.

Trevor:
Trevor Lissauer was born in Texas in October 1973. He has appeared in various shows over the years, including 'Roswell', 'Undressed' and 'Running the Halls'. He is now the lead singer of the band The Glass Plastiks.

Morgan

Full name: Morgan Cavanaugh
Actor: Elisa Donovan

Morgan:
Morgan was one of Sabrina's college room mates when she first moved to college. She is quite a shallow character who is completely into her looks, almost the opposite of Sabrina, yet they soon became the best of friends. For a while, Morgan dated Josh before their relationship ended and he dated Sabrina.

Elisa:
Elisa Donovan was born in New York in February 1971. She got her first television role on 'Blossom' in 1994, and then went on to appear in various other shows and films, including 'Clueless', 'Judging Amy' and 'The Bliss'.

Roxie

Full name: Roxie King
Actor: Soleil Moon Frye

Roxie:
Sabrina shared a room with Roxie when she first went to college. She didn't like Sabrina at first as she thought she was too 'happy', but soon they became the best of friends. Roxie seemed to have some sort of man-repellent, however throughout season five and six there were hints of a relationship between she and Miles which never did spark off.

Soleil:
Soleil Moon Frye was born in California in August 1976. Other than Sabrina, she is best know for her role as Punky Brewster in the show by the same name. Over the years she has appeared in various shows and films such as 'Friends', 'Summertime Switch', and 'Bratz'. She opened a children's' speciality boutique in 2007 known as The Little Seed, and is married with two children.

Josh

Full name: Josh
Actor: David Lascher

Josh:
Josh worked at the Coffee House, which Hilda later bought, alongside Sabrina. He is a few years older than Sabrina, already well into college. Josh dated Morgan, but after Sabrina's breakup with Harvey they dated but he accepted a job in Prague and was never seen again.

David:
David was born in New York in April 1972. Over the years he has starred in various shows including 'Two of a Kind', 'Blossom', and 'Hey Dude'. He is married and has two children.

Brad

Full name: Brad Alcerro

Brad:
Brad moved back to Westbridge from Texas in season four and became best friends with Harvey. For Harvey, this was great, but it made Sabrina feel a little left out. Brad had taken a disliking to Sabrina for no apparent reason, and her Aunts discovered that he was a Witch Hunter. If Sabrina was caught doing magic around him, she would be turned into a mouse. And with Dreama around, things became a little too risky!

Jon:
Jon has starred in various TV shows before and after working on Sabrina, some of which include 'Moesha', 'The Joe Schmo Show' and more recently, 'Castle', where he can be seen playing NYPD detective Javier Esposito.

Dreama

Full name: Dreama
Actor: China Shavers

Dreama:
In season four, Sabrina has to mentor a witch the same age, named Dreama. It was down to Sabrina to teach Dreama to use her magic properly, however this was quite a challenge as Dreama could be quite clumsy at times. Dreama disappeared mid-season, but it was never explained why.

China:
China Shavers was born in June 1997. As well as Sabrina, she has appeared in various TV shows and films, including 'ER', 'Beverly Hills 90210' and 'Not Another Teen Movie'.

Quizmaster

Full name: Albert the Quizmaster
Actor: Alimi Ballard

Quizmaster:
Albert is Sabrina's Quizmaster in season two. He helps her train for her Witches' Licence, and has a habit of popping up all over the place unexpected. He is known for his outrageous clothes and although he annoys Sabrina, she still likes him as her Quizmaster.

Alimi:
Alimi, born in October 1977, has appeared in various shows and films, including 'The City', 'Litte Richart', and one of his most recent roles, 'Numb3rs', which he has been starring in since 2005.

Mr Kraft

Full name: Willard Kraft
Actor: Martin Mull

Mr Kraft:
Willard Kraft was the Vice Principal of Westbridge High in seasons two and three, before he was promoted to Principal in season four. He dated Hilda, despite she not being able to stand him. Hilda ended their relationship and he went on to dating Zelda. Mr Kraft seemed to rule out any school activities which involved having fun, and was disliked by all the students.

Martin:
Martin Mull was born in Chicago in August 1943, and has a Bachelor and a Master of Fine Arts. He appeared in many films and shows before Sabrina', including 'Mrs Doubtfire' and 'Growing Pains'. Since the show ended, he has gone on to appear in various other TV shows and voice several characters.

Valerie

Full name: Valerie Birkhead
Actor: Lindsay Sloane

Valerie:
Valerie became the 'new girl' of Westbridge High at the beginning of series 2, and soon became best of friends with Sabrina and Harvey. Valerie lacks self-confidence and looks up to Sabrina, and loved to be a cheerleader. She moved from Westbridge to Alaska at the end of Series 3.

Lindsay:
Lindsay Sloane was born in New York in August 1997. She is well known for her role as Alice in 'The Wonder Years', a character she portrayed before moving on to playing Valerie. Since then she has appeared in various shows and films, including 'Over Her Dead Body' and 'The Accidental Husband'.

Libby

Full name: Libby Chessler
Actor: Jenna Leigh Green

Libby:
Libby Chessler is a cheerleader at Westbridge High – the most popular girl in school. Right from Sabrina's first day at Westbridge, Libby branded her a freak. She is mean-spirited and very snobby! Though she does have a weak spot – she loves her Grandmother dearly. Other than that though, Libby is very cold hearted! She was sent off to Boarding School at the start of Series 4.

Jenna:
Jenna Leigh Green is a Californian actress and singer, born in August 1974. She appeared in several TV shows and commercials before being cast as Libby. Since then she has gone on to star in various shows and theatre productions, and is well known for her role as Nessarose in the Broadway musical, 'Wicked'. She is also an understudy for the role of Elphaba.

Jenny

Full name: Jennifer 'Jenny' Kelley
Actor: Michelle Beaudoin

Jenny:
Jenny was Sabrina's first friend at Westbridge High. She is an individual who likes to stand out, and hates following the crowd. Jenny remained Sabrina's best friend throughout the first series, however 'disappeared' thereafter, never mentioned again.

Michelle:
Michelle Beaudoin, born in August 1975, is a Canadian actress. She has starred in various films and TV shows since Sabrina', and also starred in the film of Sabrina the Teenage Witch which was released just before the series, however playing Marnie, a character with similar traits to Jenny.

Harvey

Full name: Harvey Dwight Kinkle
Actor: Nate Richert

Harvey:
Harvey and Sabrina met in the first episode, and grew very close. They dated for a while, and Harvey soon became Sabrina's boyfriend. In series four he discovered she was a witch, which ended their relationship. They drifted apart when they went to different colleges, but when Harvey started to date Morgan, he and Sabrina were brought back together. Harvey loves athletics and has a very caring nature, not to mention affected by Sabrina's powers on many an occasion!

Nate
Nate Richert was born in April 1978 in Minnesota. He is a trained dancer, and has starred in various TV shows after Sabrina'. He is currently known as a musician in a duo, C. Duck Anderson and Nate Richert.

Episodes

Season 1, Episode 1: "Pilot"
Sabrina goes to live with her two Aunts just before her sixteenth birthday. On the day of her birthday, she receives some 'weird' presents from her Aunts, including a black cauldron and a dusty old book. She later learns that she is, in fact, a witch. She finds this news too much to cope with though, especially when she learns her cat can talk!

Season 1, Episode 2: "Bundt Friday"
Libby Chesller and her cheerleader friends are spreading rumours about Sabrina, so she decides the only thing to do is to turn to her new-found magic. She uses a batch of 'truth sprinkles' on the mortal, but they seem to make their way around a few more people, and the truth comes spilling out…

Season 1, Episode 3: "True Adventures of Rudy Kazootie"
Sabrina gets a job as a babysitter, but is getting a bit too stressed whilst trying to look after the toddler and enjoy her Study Date with Harvey at the same time. She casts a spell on the toddler to try and settle him, but ends up turning him into a fully grown man!

Season 1, Episode 4: "Terrible Things"
Despite her Aunts telling her not to interfere with the feelings of others, Sabrina makes three wishes to help Jenny, Harvey and Mr Pool get what they desire. She finds herself summoned by the Witches' Council for the decision of a punishment after these magical wishes begin to backfire, and Sabrina finds herself in a spot of bother!

Season 1, Episode 5: "A Halloween Story"
Sabrina has to spend Halloween at her relatives' house, around her annoying cousin. She clones herself and sends this troubled 'person' to Harvey's party, who decided to liven things up by running naked. Sabrina must choose between Harvey and her friends, or her family.

Season 1, Episode 6: "Dream Date"
Unfortunately for Sabrina, Harvey goes to the school dance with Libby, leaving her without a date. It's Aunts Hilda and Zelda to the rescue though, when they try to fix everything for Sabrina, who had decided against going to the dance alone, and get kneading in the kitchen…

Season 1, Episode 7: "Third Aunt From The Sun"
Sabrina spends some time at her Aunt Vesta's house: The Pleasuredome. There, life could not be more rewarding, and her Aunt offers the young witch a permanent home. Sabrina must decide between the other realm Pleasuredome, or living her usual life back at her Aunts' house in the mortal realm.

Season 1, Episode 8: "Magic Joel"
Sabrina tries to 'impress' Harvey when she becomes an assistant for a young magician, but as his poor tricks go from bad to worse, Sabrina makes Joel invisible. He refuses to be turned back, but can Sabrina and her Aunts change his mind?

Season 1, Episode 9: "Geek Like Me"
Sabrina continues to be called a geek by cheerleader Libby. After tiring of it for so long, she decides to use her powers to give Libby a taste of her own medicine and turns her into a geek as well!

Season 1, Episode 10: "Sweet and Sour Victory"
After using her magic to better her skills, Mr Poole enters Sabrina into a Kung-Fu competition, but her conscience gets the better of her. Can she go on with it?

Season 1, Episode 11: "A Girl and Her Cat"
On Christmas Eve, Salem sneaks into the pizza place through Sabrina's backpack. Angry, she throws the cat out, who is then kidnapped by a little boy. The only way Sabrina can rescue him is by impersonating a jolly festive St Nick…

Season 1, Episode 12: "Trial By Fury"
Sabrina's maths teacher treats her unfairly, so she casts a spell on him with the help of her Aunts. While this causes problem in itself, Salem has his own issues concerning an ex-girlfriend!

Season 1, Episode 13: "Jenny's Non-Dream"
Jenny spends the night at Sabrina's, and wanders into the linen closet where she faces the Witches' Council, and serious consequences; she is turned into a grasshopper!

Season 1, Episode 14: "Sabrina Through The Looking Glass"
Completely fed up, Sabrina steps into a mirror to escape her 'awful' life, but becomes trapped in her own 'bad mood' world.

Season 1, Episode 15: "Hilda And Zelda The Teenage Years"
Sabrina, Harvey and Jenny plan on going to a concert, but her Aunts do not want her going alone, so they turn themselves into teenagers, in order to 'tag along' and keep an eye on their niece.

Season 1, Episode 16: "Mars Attracts"
Sabrina goes on a skiing trip to Mars where she meets a skiing instructor who she falls head over heels for, forgetting momentarily about her feelings for Harvey. Will she remember who she is really destined for?

Season 1, Episode 17: "First Kiss"
Valentines' Day, one of the most romantic days of the year, and Harvey and Sabrina finally kiss, but unfortunately Harvey turns into a frog, and it's up to Sabrina to do all she can to retrieve him!

Season 1, Episode 18: "Sweet Charity"
Sabrina and Jenny run an adopt-a-grandparent event, but nobody seems to be interested in their 'uncool' act, until Sabrina decides to use her magic to make her more popular. In fact, she makes herself just like Libby!

When Sabrina wakes her Aunt Dorma from her long sleep, she is so angry that she fills the Spellman's house with poppies – the flower that sends witches into a deep sleep. As Sabrina is half mortal they do not affect her so quickly so it is up to her to get rid of them and wake up her Aunts. But with Libby, Harvey and Valerie over for a school assignment, it's not going to be easy...

As punishment, Mother Nature makes her spent Christmas with Mr Kraft, in an attempt to make him like Christmas.

Sabrina tries to lose weight the magical way to try and fit into a dress but the spell keeps going and she keeps on losing weight until it becomes unhealthy.

Mr Kraft has had enough and quits his job in Westbrige High as Sabrina's Principal to work with her in the Coffee Shop. Sabrina tries to convince him to go back to school but Willard has better ideas...

Salem:
Salem Saberhagen was once a warlock, but was sentenced to 100 years as a cat by the Witches' Council for plotting to take over the world. Now he resides with the Spellmans. He loves food, in particular Lizard Flakes and tuna, and loves a good gamble. He has a caring nature but can be a little mischievous at times too. He is voiced by Nick Bakay, and is played by both an animatronic puppet and four actual cats.

Hilda

Aunt Hilda:
Hilda is the more outgoing and 'wacky' Aunt, always playing practical jokes and laughing. Though of course when needs must she can sort out sticky situations and think sensibly. Her adventurous nature led her on to buying a clock shop, and later the coffee shop where Sabrina worked. Hilda, having played the violin for years, has musical talents and is quite creative.

Caroline:
Caroline Rhea was born in Canada in April 1964, and became a well known comedian after performing in several comedy clubs around New York. She starred in 'Pride and Joy', before being cast as Aunt Hilda. In 2002 she presented her own chat show, 'The Caroline Rhea Show', and can most recently be heard as the voice of the mom on childrens' show, 'Phineas and Ferb'. Caroline also has a daughter named Ava.

Zelda

Aunt Zelda:
Zelda is the more controlling, 'strict' Aunt between she and Hilda. She is a keen Scientist and always encourages academics in her niece's life. She thinks fondly of Mr Kraft, the Principal of Westbridge High. She also goes onto teaching Physics at Adams College, where Sabrina also attends.

Beth:
Beth Broderick was born in Ferbruary 1959. She has always taken a keen interest in acting, and made her debut in 1988 when she starred in 'Stealing Home'. Beth is also a writer and director, and worked on and with various productions. She was cast as Aunt Zelda, and since the end of the Sabrina' she has appeared in various films and shows including 'Lost' and 'Timber Falls'.

Sabrina:
Sabrina is the central character of the show. She moved to live with her two Aunts, Hilda and Zelda, so they could teach her to use her magic. At first Sabrina refused to believe she was a witch when her Aunts told her on her 16th birthday, but Sabrina eventually came round to the idea and began to develop her powers. She grew to be quite the powerful witch, which comes in handy when you're a teenager living in the mortal realm!

Melissa:
Melissa Joan Hart, born in New York in April 1976, began working on television at just three years old when she was in TV commercial. She later landed the role of Clarissa in Nickelodeon show, 'Clarissa Explains It All', before going to to being cast as Sabrina. Since the end of Sabrina, Melissa has gone on to starring in several films, and has married musician, Mark Wilkerson. Together they have two sons, Mason and Braydon. She has also recently opened up her own candy shop, 'Sweetharts', in May 2009.
